About us!

Our family became obsessed with Liege waffles when we went to visit our son who was in the military at that time. We would see long lines at various waffle establishments and once we tried them, we decided we needed to visit a new waffle business every day of our visit. We joked about starting our own mobile food business someday and that day is here! Rick and I have been diligently making our waffles for the past year and have perfected our recipe. Of course, we have also found ways to put a Louisiana twist on them with fun flavors and unexpected surprises! We are the owners and operators, and we can’t wait for you to try our amazing waffles!
